Some cards that might fit very well in 60-card decks just dont do well in Draft

I think the main thing this otter commanders missing is haste, but as a 4-drop its not exactly designed to slot into any prowess deck, but for some reason is currently the top of EDHRECs top commanders for Bloomburrow
