There's no maximum number of cards you can have in a Lorcana deck, but the minimum number is 60
As cool as this card looks, its not super surprising that Namaaris enchanted rare form would be the second least expensive of the enchanted rare cards from this set
At best, they are an optional inclusion to decks that sometimes give you a bit of lore or other additional value
