Suffice to say I think this commander could be quite popular and also prove to have a decent amount of finishing power

4 Basalt Monolith, Dockside Extortionist, and Eldrazi Displacer This one is a bit more situation than most others, requiring your opponents to control at least three artifacts or enchantments

Obviously I have nitpicks with individual cards -- I've been yelling about Temple of the False God only being good in decks that reliably land ramp and it's especially bad in decks with lots of color pip requirements -- but these are just nitpicks

Blue decks especially love the effect of recasting a key spell from their graveyards, and this land allows for such trickery if you jump through a few small hoops
