As with the previous chapter releases, Ursula's Return will feature two starter decks for newcomers and veteran players to pick up, each coming with a prebuilt deck of 60 cards, two of which will be foil cards, as well as playing tools like a paper playmat, 10 damage counters, 1 paper lore tracker token, and a set of game rules
If a creature under the effects of the first chapter ability can't attack for any reason (such as being tapped or having come under your control that turn), then it doesn't attack
A key difference between Lorcana and Magic: The Gathering is that, in Lorcana, you cant float an ink
It's nice this gives hexproof and indestructible until the end of the turn with flash, but after that it's +2/+0 and flying which is basically meaningless
