Ragavan, Nimble Pilferer is so strong that it had to be banned in Legacy, currently terrorizes Modern as part of Boros Energy, and it's very often seen as part of the 99 of top-tier cEDH decks

Obviously it will be painful if we cannot use our removal on a bomb rare on turn 2 if the situation requires that, hence I would lean towards trying to be a deck with nine or ten Mountains
