This card debuted in 2008s Morningtide expansion, and while it does technically ding you for life loss based on the creature card thats revealed from the top of your library, if your deck is chock-full of Treefolk cards with far higher toughness than power, youll almost always be netting lifegain as opposed to losing life

The key difference between the two cards, is that Transmogrify exiles the targeted creature, while Polymorph destroys it, meaning death triggers wont be activating this time around

These different cards make up a players deck, and represent the Pokmon cards they use to battle their opponent, the Energy cards used to pull off the Pokmons most powerful moves and Trainer cards that can represent items, allies, events and even places
