I would have preferred a new creature very similar to it that creates a vampire token to help with the vampire count
These two decks are working toward two very different goals, and yet both will run Bebe's Search, Roseanne's Research, and Luxury Ball, often in the same quantity (though in this example, Kingdra will typically run more Luxury Ball than Flygon) because both decks need to get Pokemon and energy into play in order to function
Now this card is also a Titan and there is support for a Titan tribal deck this set, but I don't expect that deck to be very good
