It is easy to identify as it is numbered as a holo card (5/82) but it was printed as an uncommon card

Aside from making an artifact in general, in the right deck this is a psuedo ramp piece as well as a utility card, so I think the versatility makes up for the two not-as-powerful combined abilities

Gardevoir has proven staying power in the collector market

I was able to tell that the holo sheen looked off for some of the graded cards and the cert font was just ever so slightly off in spacing and the 0 in the 10, but I cant tell if the raw cards they offered for trade are real
