For my money, the best place to put The Moon Howling at Three Wolves is very clearly Liesa, Forgotten Archangel decks, as it upgrades the destroy to an exile, and you can choose to return Liesa to the field while your other creatures make their way back to your hand

So you might say the English versions would be worth more

Then the two-drop mono-Green Mana Elf with 1/1 size also has the same tap ability, in just one color so your minimum is less, without vigilance and size, but cheaper and the first one printed with the ability to inspire the Treefolk

just pick up a similarly cheap Thopter Foundry, and you can make as many Thopters as you have mana or just go infinite with Krark-Clan Ironworks
