With its ability, VStar: Summoning Star , Lugia manages to take two colorless-type Pokmon from the discard pile and put them on your bench and with that, it works alongside Archeops SIT 147 (from the same expansion), where being stage 2, they don't need to do the evolution step from scratch as a fossil
