This is MTG's second vampire, and it's interesting to see how a lot of the 'tribes' that we would take for granted in future sets take some time to go on

Conclusion As I mentioned in the intro, I'd never discourage anyone from buying a box if they want to open it for fun, draft with it, or any other reason, but it's clear that Hour of Devastation is one of the worst sets from the past decade to open for value
