Of these three, the builder wants to find any given card as easily as possible, the Standard player will want a system that allows them to store cards in sets of 4 and a system that easily adapts for rotation, while the completionist might be better off sorting their cards per set and collector number
Some cards, while still playable normally, could also be used as a "Backer" card, which could be placed behind a High Tech Personality to change its Personality power, Power-Up Rating, and/or power stages
