The Grixis color combination isn't great at ramping mana, but vampires tend to be very efficient in their cost and rely on each other for benefit, besides, you are limited to casting one collected card on each player's turn, so it's not broken right

Enchantments that ordinarily don't impact the board enough to be playable in 2024 Magic, like Warstorm Surge or Primeval Bounty, are right at home in Bello's ranks, and the same can be said for artifacts like Sisay's Ring or Dreamstone Hedron
