I like the card a bit, but dont see a deck for it

Getting the effect in a different color is a big gain

They all usually have some variance to them, even if just by one card

The key point to takeaway here though is that the Frenzy version makes your worst matchup better (the Rakdos decks) at the cost of making your good matchups worse
